8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 (1 ounce) packet dry Ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and the dry Ranch seasoning mix. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, and thawed corn until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cover the bowl and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Notes
For a slightly different flavor, use a taco seasoning packet instead of Ranch seasoning for a Mexican-style boat dip.
