Make this simple, flavor-packed Baked Caesar Chicken for a quick weeknight dinner. Juicy chicken breasts are coated in a creamy Caesar and Parmesan sauce and baked until golden.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  4. Spoon the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast, making sure they are well coated.
  5. If using, sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of the sauce layer.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit and the topping is lightly golden brown.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, rub the chicken breasts with a little olive oil before adding the sauce.
  • Serve this creamy Parmesan chicken over pasta or alongside roasted asparagus for a complete meal.
  • If you prefer a crispier top without breadcrumbs, broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
