Make these easy chicken Caesar wraps for a fast, satisfying lunch or weeknight dinner using simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded grilled chicken
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons croutons (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. If your chicken is not already cooked, season 1 pound of chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through, then shred or dice it.
  2. Warm a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the shredded chicken and cook for 2 minutes to warm it through.
  3. In a bowl, combine the warm chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Mix gently until everything is coated.
  4. Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon one-quarter of the chicken mixture across the center.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll from the bottom up to create a secure wrap.
  7. Slice the wrap in half diagonally, if desired, and sprinkle with croutons before serving immediately.

Notes

  • For a low carb chicken wraps option, substitute flour tortillas with large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas.
  • You can make ahead chicken wraps by preparing the filling and storing it separately from the tortillas for up to two days. Assemble just before eating.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for an even faster assembly guide.
