Ingredients
Scale
2 cups cooked, shredded grilled chicken
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons croutons (optional)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
If your chicken is not already cooked, season 1 pound of chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through, then shred or dice it.
Warm a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the shredded chicken and cook for 2 minutes to warm it through.
In a bowl, combine the warm chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Mix gently until everything is coated.
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon one-quarter of the chicken mixture across the center.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll from the bottom up to create a secure wrap.
Slice the wrap in half diagonally, if desired, and sprinkle with croutons before serving immediately.
Notes
For a low carb chicken wraps option, substitute flour tortillas with large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas.
You can make ahead chicken wraps by preparing the filling and storing it separately from the tortillas for up to two days. Assemble just before eating.
Use rotisserie chicken for an even faster assembly guide.
