Make the famous sweet and creamy cinnamon butter spread at home in just five minutes. This easy recipe achieves the fluffy, restaurant-quality texture perfect for warm rolls or biscuits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the softened butter into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, honey, and ground cinnamon to the bowl.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients on medium speed until the mixture is light, fluffy, and fully combined, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed during mixing.
  5. Serve immediately with warm rolls, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • If the butter is too firm after refrigeration, let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes before serving.
  • For a slightly different flavor, substitute maple syrup for the honey.
  • Whip for an extra minute if you want a very light, airy texture.
