1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Slice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion according to the ingredient list. Place all vegetables in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until the sugar dissolves. This creates your zesty dressing.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Gently toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated.
