Make the famous Strawberry Açai Refresher with coconut milk at home using this simple copycat recipe. This is an easy, refreshing beverage perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Strawberry and Kiwi Base (or Strawberry Açai Concentrate)
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (unsweetened is best)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon Green Coffee Bean Extract (optional, for authentic flavor)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the Strawberry and Kiwi Base, coconut milk, and water in a shaker or jar.
  2. If using, add the green coffee bean extract now.
  3. Add ice cubes to the mixture.
  4. Shake well until the drink is thoroughly chilled and slightly frothy.
  5. Pour the drink into a tall glass.
  6. Garnish with the sliced strawberries.
  7. Serve immediately for a refreshing summer drink.

Notes

  • For a lower calorie pink drink version, use less sweetener in your base or use a zero-calorie sweetener substitute.
  • You can substitute the Strawberry and Kiwi Base with a mix of strawberry puree and passion tango tea for a different flavor profile.
  • Use full-fat coconut milk for a creamier texture similar to the original Starbucks beverage.
