Make this decadent, layered Strawberry Dream Dessert. It is a simple, no-bake icebox cake featuring sweet strawberries, creamy filling, and graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (for topping)
  • 1 box graham crackers, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in one container of the thawed whipped topping until just combined. This is your creamy filling.
  3. In a separate bowl, gently fold the sliced fresh strawberries into the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. To assemble the dessert, spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange a layer of graham cracker pieces over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Spoon half of the strawberry and condensed milk mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  7. Top the strawberry layer with half of the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  8. Repeat the layers: graham crackers, remaining strawberry mixture, and finally, the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  9. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.
  10. Before serving, spread the remaining container of thawed whipped topping over the top layer.
  11. Slice and serve this beautiful layered dessert cold.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can use vanilla wafers instead of graham crackers for a different texture.
  • Make this dessert ahead of time; it tastes even better the next day.
  • If you want a lighter texture, substitute half of the cream cheese with plain Greek yogurt.
